What tasks are auto-created for each closing?
Every new closing gets 14 standard tasks: Execute purchase agreement, Order title search, Schedule home inspection, Submit loan application, Review HOA documents, Confirm closing date, Order appraisal, Review inspection report, Negotiate repairs/credits, Receive loan commitment, Final walkthrough, Confirm wire instructions, Sign closing documents, and Record deed.
Can I customize the task list for each closing?
Yes. The 14 default tasks are a starting point. You can add, edit, or remove tasks for any individual closing to match the specifics of that transaction.
Is my client data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each agent account is fully isolated — you only ever see your own closings and client information.
How does the deadline tracking work?
